Our Pastoral Team
Perth Baptist Church is structured on a “Ministry Led” model with Ministry Teams who have designated responsibilities and are accountable to the Pastor. The Pastor is responsible for implementing the policies set by the Members and is accountable to the Board. The Board is responsible for seeing that the Pastor implements the policies set by the Members and is accountable to the Members.
We have a Pastoral Team that includes Pastors and Elders who meet to consider the pastoral needs of the congregation.
